Basically to update Nietzsche if Communism is Dead, All is permitted
The basic philosophical argument against Communism is "human nature". that humans are by nature greedy, selfish, cruel, dominating, sadistic, rapist pigs that can not live under rational constraints. Ayn Rand, Freud, Schopenhauer, the Sociobiologists, Neoliberals, neocons, Austrian School, etc all promote this view.
If the world is inherently irrational, and human beings are marred by a secular version of original sin and Calvinist total depravity. Then I as a rational individual owe them nothing. If anything my only duty and obligations towards man is pain.
So it seems that if God or Communism is Dead, then not only do I have the right to pursue my pleasure at the expense of others, but in some sense I have the right perhaps duty to inflict pain upon other humans.
If Communism is dead and no other system has been installed and you follow no personal moral code, then yes, all is permitted.
