Has anyone heard of Freud power drills?
Hello,
I am looking at a Freud hammer drill, which I am to believe is owned and/or made by Bosch? Anyways, its the Freud Magnum FM18K2 model number (18V Hammer Drill). However, when I type it in google, nothing shows up. Its even hard to find anything on Freud drills period.
I just bought the drill today from my local depot store, and the guy said it was a good brand, but not many in stock, and it was all dusty. Also said they rarely even get in stock period.
Please advise only if you know For Suree.

Look them up on the internet, call dealers in your town or the nearest city.
Freud is a different company from Bosch. Bosch is just as good if not better and that man who said he got a Freud to replace his Bosch jig saw should have known better. Bosch makes the best.
Freud is an excellent tool, just don't have the same distribution.
