i have a 48 oz. bottle that i fill up 3 times a day. am i getting the required amount of water each day?
i am trying to loose weight,
and i have been going on morning walks every morning at 5.30.
i have my giant cup that holds up to 48 ounces of water, and i usually fill it up three to four times and i know that you have to have at least ten glasses of water a day, so i just wanted to know,
am i getting enough water a day?
should i be drinking more?
and i will take any other tips if u have them!

Yes, you are drinking enough water! The walking sounds really good, and obviously the diet is going well, so everything seems okay to me. Just don't overdo it, and you should be okay.
