00 expedition 5.4 engine spark plug blow out. ?
i have 160,000 miles on my engine and just changed spark plugs on it. i am not sure if this will help from blowing out. and just wonder if every single 5.4 engine will blow spark plugs out.
the 5.4 engines are bad for that.you can buy a thrid insert kit and repair it yourself with out pulling the head off.
