what do i do now?
my life has hit an all time low....my parents forced me to break up with my b/f.... ive been fighting with my parents more than ever over stupid stuff.... my depression has gotten worse than ever..the other day i was sent to the emergency room for suicidal thought and because i had a plan...along with cuts on my wrist from getting back into my old habbits of being a cutter....
so what should i do... ive already taken myself out of everthing in that situation by being on vacation but its hard to escape everything...if only for a minute....
if anyone has advise on how to help that would be very much apprechated....
Talk to a doctor..you need to get some help before you get to the point of no return..and remember no matter how bad the pain is it can always be worked out..but you need to have someone you can talk to..take care and God bless
