Im moving to Singapore Help.?
Tokyo to SINGAPORE,
1. What do businessmen wear? Casual or formal? Do I need to pack a bunch of suits and ties? What about short sleeve shirts-are they acceptable or Long Sleeve dress shirts better year round?
2. About how much would a approx 40 inch tv screen TV cost over there. If I ship my current TV running on 100 volts would it work with an adapter, shall I bring appliances?
3. kids- how is the school system? Any recs for a good intl school?
4. What in gen, should I definitely bring?
5. What should I leave behind??
Last, what are popular pets? My kid has a hamster, she wants a pet. Any recs for small household pets? Are there many pet shops around?

Singapore is generally a very hot country, formal clothes are mainily for business function, normally office people wear long sleeves, Jacket only when needed.
t-shirt shirts and shorts are great in this warm weather- all year round.
A 40 inch tv would cost SD3,000 - $4,000 depending on the quality
As for schools, singapore is graded good as we have a wide varity of schools. We have the neighbourhood school , independent school, private school, international school etc.. Depending on your nationality and kind of education you want your kids to have.
Singaproe is divided into many estates like east , west ,north, south etc..
We have pet shop in almost every estate in singapore or surely you can get to a shop ( of any kinds ) with just a ride of 10 minutes away.
If you are living in a flat, small animals is recommended, Hamster, cats, small dogs etc.. make good pets
