Skil Bit
How do you open the 6215 Skil Drill to put a drill bit in it?

I'm borrowing a Skil Drill Model 6215. I can't get it open to put in a drill bit I need to use. They are a sleep and can't show me how to open it. I've looked for a manual online and can't find one. I've used drills before with no problem but this one is tricky. So if you could please help me with a link to a manual for this 6215 model or one that will help me. This is all I got to figure out to finish building my closet. Or you can e-mail me privatley at vomo07@yahoo.com with your phone # for me to call for help. Please put Skil Drill or some thing like that in the subject line so I dont' think it is junk mail. thanks for any help ya'll can give me. I just got to get this closet done. :0) Thanks

You need a chuck key for this drill. It should be attached to the power cord. Insert the end in the hole in the side of the chuck, engage the teeth and turn it to loosen or tighten the chuck.

Thanks for looking at our Skil Bit information.
